Training Videos - How to open your Combination Padlock

(21-22 School Year) 

Below are 2 training videos that will help teach you how to open your new combination padlock.


Reminders: Do not share your new 3-digit code with anyone.  Always remember to lock your padlock behind you when leaving your locker.


If you lose your padlock, the price of a new one is $10.00 and you can purchase a new one from the P.E. teachers in the locker rooms.

 If you need a Tabata timer for a workout/warm-up then you've come to the right place.  I have three great ones to choose from. All three are very similar, the main difference to each of them is the layout.  

Try one for one workout and another on a different workout day.  Pick the one that suits your workout.
